With a smiling face Neema Kimamla, a 45 year old Maasai women of Dibabala, had this to say “I am extremely happy. We used to fetch water from holes and open spaces where contamination was vivid. We have now become humans.” Before the drilling of the well and installation of the pump the situation was worse as both people and animals used to share water sources. Contamination was not controlled because water sources were not protected.
