New Midwife

We were sad to see the departure of Yona, the midwife that Mission Morogoro were sponsoring. He has been transferred by the Ministry of Health to another position outside the Tunguli area. But we very much welcome the new midwife that has been appointed. His name is Salmin Mgeni. He is a nurse midwife who has recently graduated from the Berega Institute of Health Sciences.

Salmon serves a very vital role as midwife, working closely together with the Tushikamane women’s groups.
