Completion of Roof Repairs

In July 2024, Ann did a sponsored walk along the 31 hilly miles of the Worcestershire Way, in the hope of raising £1000 to fund the repair and restoration of the Tunguli Health Centre roof.  Most of the roof panels were rusting , some broken, and rainwater was getting in to many parts of the building. A health hazard as well as discomfort for patients and staff. The generosity of our supporters raised around £1500 in the end - thankyou so much. It seems a long time ago now, but in October this year Isaac, the director of Berega Hospital and project manager of the work, sent us some great pictures of the newly repaired roof.

And just this week, some pictures of further work on the walls.
